    The discharge standard of a municipal sewage treatment plant is about to be upgraded from the first level A standard in the "Urban Wastewater Treatment Plant Pollutant Discharge Standard" GB18918-2002 to the surface water standard V. The main biochemical process needs to be modified as necessary. In the process of upgrading and upgrading, the biochemical system cannot be treated with water. The domestic sewage needs to cross the biochemical system and enter the MBR membrane tank at the back end. The reaction residence time of the MBR membrane tank is 2 hours.

      Our company was invited to carry out a small test of our biological promotion of nitrifying bacteria according to the requirement of ammonia nitrogen in the process of upgrading the standard in the sewage plant. The purpose of the experiment is to verify that the use of our biological promotion of nitrifying bacteria is limited to 2 hours. Can the ammonia nitrogen be treated to the standard state within the time limit?

      Considering that only MBR membrane tank units will be retained during the later transformation and operation, the residence time is shorter, and the sludge load in the membrane tank can be maintained at a higher concentration, and the DO level can also be maintained at a higher state. Under this condition, a moderate Do a small test on the amount of strain added. Take the current mud-water mixture in front of the MBR membrane tank, and the concentration of the bacteria in different proportions, respectively, and compare the two-hour aeration of the communicating water sample without adding the bacteria.




      The experimental data is highly recognized by customers. From the small-scale test data, the effluent of the experiment with bacteria is better than the data without bacteria. Static experiments show that under this working condition, the requirement of ammonia nitrogen can be met by adding nitrifying bacteria。


The customer has passed the technical review plan and filed with the relevant competent unit. The next step is to implement our plan after the completion of the MBR process construction.
