1. Project Overview

  A sewage treatment plant in a certain park has a sewage treatment capacity of 80,000 m³ / d. It mainly treats domestic sewage and industrial sewage in the industrial zone. The main process adopts A2 / O treatment process, and the treated water quality discharge standard is Class B standard of "Emission Standard of Pollutants for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants" (GB18918-2002). In December 2017, due to the abnormal discharge of upstream industrial sewage, it had an impact on the biochemical system. The total nitrogen in the effluent was as high as 20mg / L. In addition, the winter water temperature was only 14 ℃, and the biochemical system could not recover itself. The nitrification system needs to be quickly restored, and the ammonia nitrogen in the effluent reaches the discharge standard. Our company proposes to use the Mianjin environmental protection organism to promote the nitrification bacteria MicroBoost@ -N to quickly restore the nitrification system and reduce the ammonia nitrogen concentration in the effluent.

 

2. Purpose of using Making Green Nitrobacter

  By adding organisms to promote the nitrification bacteria MicroBoost@ -N in the aerobic tank, the nitrification system is quickly restored, the ammonia nitrogen in the effluent is reduced, and the required emission standard is reached.


3. Commissioning summary

  In the biochemical system, two rows of A2 / O systems are connected in parallel, and the sludge in the second settling tank is mixed and returned. Due to the large amount of treated water and large system, Mianjin engineers took the approach of restoring one row first, adjusted the inlet water flow of rows A and B to a ratio of approximately 3: 7, and added MicroBoost@ -N to the aerobic inlet of row A, and then The sludge planting is carried out through the secondary sedimentation and backflow to restore the system.
