Features of synthetic rubber wastewater:

  With the continuous growth of the demand for synthetic rubber in the domestic market, China has built many sets of rubber production equipment. Due to the large discharge of rubber sewage and the high content of organic pollutants, an independent sewage treatment system is generally required. Because a variety of chemical additives are added to the rubber production process and a large number of low molecular weight polymers are produced in the polymerization reaction, most of these chemical pollutants are difficult to biodegrade, which makes it difficult to meet the standards of rubber sewage treatment. According to different production processes and products, the quality of the sewage discharged by rubber production equipment is quite different. Among them, the treatment of sewage with chloroprene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, and nitrile rubber is more difficult.


Treatment process:

  At present, the domestic rubber sewage treatment system has basically adopted the "air floatation-biological oxidation + advanced treatment +" treatment process, and the effluent CODcr is basically 120-150mg / L. Part of the sewage and other low-concentration chemical sewage are discharged together, and part of the sewage enters the reuse device for further treatment, and the treated sewage enters the production device as production water.


Technical Difficulties:

  Because the organic pollutants in the incoming water contain more difficult-to-degrade benzene, latex and other substances, the activated sludge growth environment is harsh, and it is difficult to cultivate and survive. As a result, the sludge concentration of the biochemical pool is low for a long time, and the effluent quality is difficult to meet the process design requirements.
