  1. Project Overview

  A sewage treatment plant in an economic development zone mainly treats wastewater discharged from printing and dyeing enterprises in the development zone. The treated water quality must meet the indirect discharge standard of GB4287-2012 (the main biochemical indicators are COD <200mg / L, ammonia nitrogen <20mg / L, Total nitrogen <30mg / L, total phosphorus <1.5mg / L), the main biochemical process adopts A2 / O treatment process. Due to the unfavorable operation of the previous operating company, which caused high total nitrogen wastewater with a volumetric pressure of more than 20,000m³, the new operator took over and negotiated with our company friendly, using our nitrifying bacteria MicroBoost®-N, denitrifying bacteria MicroBoost®-DEN, high-efficiency carbon The source Bio Max®-Carbon quickly completed the treatment of high total nitrogen wastewater to meet the discharge requirements.

  2. Purpose of using the product

  The nitrification strain MicroBoost®-N is added to the aerobic tank to quickly restore the nitrification system, and the high-efficiency carbon source Bio Max®-Carbon and the total nitrogen removal bacteria MicroBoost®-DEN are added to the anoxic tank to complete the entire process system. The nitrogen in the cycle will remove nitrogen in the system to meet the emission requirements.

  3. Commissioning summary

  Biochemical system A2 / O system, aerobic end nitrification liquid reflux, sludge in secondary sedimentation tank. One week after inoculation, the dosage is as follows:


  The ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen in the effluent after 3 days of inoculation had a downward trend. The ammonia nitrogen in the effluent after 7 days of inoculation was less than 2mg / L and total nitrogen was less than 20mg / L, which met the emission requirements. The data during commissioning is as follows:

During the whole process, COD has no obvious increase process but a downward trend, indicating that our high-efficiency carbon source can not only be used for denitrification And, it also has the function of assimilation and removal of refractory organic matter.
